| Quintuplets, born near Callander, Ontario, SE Canada. Successfully delivered to their French-Canadian parents, Oliva and Elzire Dionne, they were the first documented set of quintuplets to survive beyond a few days. During their childhood they became international celebrities appearing in feature films and advertising. Emilie died in 1954, Marie in 1970, and Yvonne in 2001. |
