| Composer at the courts of Henry VII and Henry VIII, where he was employed as musician, actor, and producer of entertainments. In 1509 he became master of the Children of the Chapel Royal, and was in charge of the music at the Field of Cloth of Gold, 1520. He composed religious and secular choral works. |
