| Ex-queen of Persia, born in Isfahan, WC Iran, of Persian and German parents. She was educated at Isfahan, and later in England and Switzerland, and became queen of Persia on her marriage to Muhammad Reza Shah Pahlavi (1951). The marriage was dissolved in 1958. |
