| Actress and performer, born in Montpellier, S France. She made her debut in Le Boeuf sur le toit . ‘Egerie du Saint-Germain-des-Près‘ of the post-war existentialist scene, she sang works by Prevert, Kosma, Vian, Ferré, and Queneau, whose ‘Si tu t'imagines’ became part of her image. She acted in Cocteau's film Orphée and in a television soap opera Belphégor (1965). |
