| Sculptor and mixed media artist, born in Kansas City, Missouri, USA. He studied engineering and art, and after moving to San Francisco in 1950 became active as a painter and in improvisatory theatre. He settled in New York City in 1961, specializing in minimalist works, earthwork projects, and scatter pieces. |
