| Writer and literary critic, born in Cesena, Emilia-Romagna, E Italy. A student of Carducci at Bologna University, he managed the Malatestiana Library at Cesena and wrote literary criticism on Pascoli, Carducci, and others in a number of reviews, among them La Voce. He also wrote Esame di coscienza di un letterato (1915), considered to be his spiritual testament, and Le lettere (1914). |
