| English translator, born in Cornwall, SW England, UK. A fellow of Exeter and Queen's Colleges, Oxford, he became vicar of Berkeley, and canon of Westbury (probably Westbury-on-Trym). He is known for his translations of Higden, Glanville, and Bartholomaeus Anglicus. |
