| biography:
| Neurophysiologist, born in Zaragoza, NEC Spain. He studied at Madrid, and after several years at the Cajal Institute in Madrid and Santander, joined the Rockefeller Institute in New York City (1936). His research covered a wide range of neurophysiological and neuroanatomical problems, including the co-ordination of eye movements and the functional anatomy of neurone networks. |
