| Actor, born in Paris, France, the son of Pierre Brasseur and Odette Joyeux. After first acting in the theatre, he appeared in Marcel Carné's film Le Pays d'où je viens (1956), and has continued to successfully combine a stage and film career. Films include L'Etat Sauvage (1978, director F Girod), Détective (1985, director J-L Godard), Un, deux, trois, soleil (1993, director Bertrand Blier), and Délit mineur (1994, director F Girod). |
