| Composer, born in Gentofte, E Denmark. He studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Music, and continued his studies in Paris. His compositions include operas, symphonies, and ballet and chamber music. He wrote the music for the Oscar-winning Danish film Babette's Feast (1987). |
