| Writer, born in The Hague, W Netherlands. An editor of Propria Cures, she made her debut in 1972 with Bleekers zomer (Bleekers Summer), an ironic, neorealistic tale of the struggle of ordinary people in modern society. During the 1980s she also began writing stories for children and travel stories. In 1992 appeared Geheime dame (Secretive Lady), a report about the transvestism of the well-known writer Maarten 't Hart. |
