| biography:
| Poet and writer, born in Cesenatico, E Italy. He wrote poems in the style of crepuscolarismo, including Fraternità (1905) and Poesie scritte col lapis (1910), and novels set in a background of provincial drabness which, in the period after World War 2, show more robust, realistic traits, as in Andreana (1935), La vedova Fioravanti (1941), and La camera degli sposi (1958). |
