| Poet, born in Moscow, Russia. Strongly anti-Bolshevik, she was allowed to emigrate in 1922, and wrote and published most of her poetry abroad, such as Vyorsty (1922, Miles), and Posle Rossii 1922–25 (1928, After Russia). She returned to the USSR in 1939. After the execution of her husband and the arrest of her daughter, she committed suicide in Yelabuga. |
