| Inventor, born in New York City, New York, USA. His aeroplane stall warning device, developed for the Grumman Aircraft Co during World War 2, has been called as important a life-saving device as the parachute. He invented and manufactured other flight safety instruments. In 1974 he founded the Institute for Socioeconomic Studies in White Plains, NY, and published Free Enterprise without Poverty in 1981. |
