| biography:
| Equestrian rider, born in Malta. The European junior champion in 1973, she won the team gold at the senior championship in 1981, 1985, and 1987, and individual titles in 1985 (on Priceless), 1987 (on Night Cap), and 1989 (on Master Craftsman). She won the World Championship team gold in 1982 and 1986, and the individual title in 1986 on Priceless. She also won at Badminton (1985, 1989, 1993) and at Burghley (1983–86, 1989). |
