| Film actor, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, USA. A child performer, he appeared in a number of television and film roles before deciding to play professional baseball. After an injury he returned to the screen in a television film Elvis (1979), and had his first feature role in Escape From New York (1981). Later films include Backdraft (1991), Stargate (1994), Escape From LA (1996), and Soldier (1998). |
