| Film actor, born in Beirut, Lebanon. He acted in several Canadian television plays, and had a small part in Youngblood (1986) before gaining attention for his performance in The River's Edge (1986). Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure (1989), and its sequel, Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey (1991), brought him international recognition. Later films include Much Ado About Nothing (1993), Little Buddha (1994), Feeling Minnesota (1996), The Matrix (1999), and Hardball (2001). |
