| Cellist, born in London, UK, the brother of composer Andrew Lloyd Webber. He studied at the Royal College of Music and with Pierre Fournier in Geneva, and in 1972 made his UK debut. He has since performed with all the major British orchestras, appeared internationally, and made many recordings. His books include The Young Cellist's Repertoire (1984), The Great Cello Solos (1991), and Cello Song (1994). |
