| Painter in watercolours, born in London, UK. He was a highly successful teacher, and a founder member of the Watercolour Society. A friend of William Blake, he was also interested in astrology and wrote on perspective. His brothers Cornelius (1781–1873) and William Fleetwood (1785–1856) were also water-colourists. |
