| Clergyman, born in London, UK. He studied at Westminster School and Trinity College, Dublin, and was for a year or two an Anglican clergyman. In 1830 he was the principal founder of the Plymouth Brethren, and in 1840 an exclusive sect of it known as Darbyites. |
