| Poet, born in Schwetzingen, near Heidelberg, SWC Germany. He studied philosophy and political science at the University of Munich and worked with George Tabori. His poetry collections Die diamentene Stunde (1989) and Die Inschrift der Erde (1998) illuminate the dichotomy of modern consciousness, which on the one hand seeks to negate and destroy life, while simultaneously attempting to rectify it. The flow and resonance of his poetic style attempt to repulse the symptoms of disintegration, guiding them towards renewal. |
