| Composer, lyricist, and performer, born in Montrouge, NC France. The son of a business family, he studied at Hautes Etudes Commerciales and was guitarist of the group Taï Phong in 1975. He became the most popular ‘troubadour-rock ‘ singer of the 1980s, and reached the top of the French Top 50 chart. Hit songs included ‘Compte pas sur moi ’, ‘La vie par procuration ’, ‘Elle a fait un bébé tout seul ’, and ‘Au bout de mes rêves ’, which was written for Johnny Hallyday. He produced his own shows at le Bataclan, L'Olympia, Palais des Sports, and at le Zénith. |
