| Human relations educator, born in St Joseph, Missouri, USA. He earned a DBA at Harvard, where he joined the business school faculty (1965). Known for his application of behavioural science to organizations, he wrote many books on organizational behaviour and development, including Understanding Management (1978) and Handbook of Organizational Behavior (1987). |
