| Catalan poet, born in Barcelona, NE Spain. He was the brother of Pere March and uncle of the great poet Ausias March. Among his most celebrated works is La joiosa gorda. At the command of Pedro IV of Aragón (1336–87) he wrote a rhyming dictionary (1371). |
