| Painter, born in Villafranca del Penedès, Catalunya, NE Spain. From the age of 18 he worked in the workshop of Pere Serafí, but set up on his own in 1571 with the altarpiece Creixà. He established himself in Barcelona and was an official of the Guild in 1600 and 1606. His altarpiece for Sant Jaume dels Bastons near Taredell, Osona, was sold in 1934. |
