| Poet and scholar, born in Finale Ligure, Liguria, NW Italy. He wrote for the Modernist review Rinnovamento and for the Voce. His work, especially that of an autobiographical character (Il peccato e altre cose, 1914; La ferita non chiusa, 1921) shows deep moral commitment and existential and religious unease. His poems include Frantumi (1918). |
