| Painter and architect, born in Florence, NC Italy, the son of Taddeo Gaddi. He painted the frescoes of ‘The Discovery of the Cross’ in S Croce at Florence, and of the ‘Legends of the Holy Girdle’ in the cathedral at Prato. His work shows the influence of Giotto. |
