Leaving his physics studies for literature and cinema, his first success came with Un borghese piccolo piccolo (1976), where he explores small worlds with great tenderness to cause an explosion of grotesque humour. Other work includes Tutti cattivi (1981), the novel in verse Addio Lenin (1987), and La gente (1993). |
