| Writer, born in San Salvaro d'Urbana, Veneto, NE Italy. He wrote novels characterized by a deeply religious undercurrent, some of which (Occidente, 1975) are set in the background of the far-right terrorism which wracked Veneto in the 1970s. Other works include the novels La malattia chiamata uomo (1981) and Il canto delle balene (1989), poetry Liberare l'animale (1973), and essays Avanti popolo (1977) and Mai visti sole e luna (1994). |
