| Writer, born in Erlangen, SC Germany. He studied art, then lived in Munich as a graphic artist, illustrator, sculptor, and freelance writer. He was also an adviser to the Residenztheater in Munich. His major work is the picaresque novel Die Powenzbande (1930) which displays his humour, irony, and fascination with eccentricity. Other work includes plays and film scripts. |
