| Prince of Gwynedd in North Wales, the brother of Llywelyn ap Gruffydd. He opposed his brother's accession, but eventually supported him in his battles with the English. He succeeded his brother in 1282, but was betrayed and executed the following year - the last native prince of Wales. |
