| biography:
| Novelist and poet, born in Paris, France. Her novels include Le Repos du guerrier, Les Enfants du siècle, and Les Stances à Sophie (1963), tackling sexuality, alcoholism, and life in the suburbs in a militant way. Printemps au parking appeared shortly after 1968, and deals with the self-revelation of a child who finds himself on the streets. La Porte du fond received the Prix Medicis in 1988. Other works include the poems, Adieu à Andromède (1997), and the 25 texts of Conversations sans paroles (1997). |
