| Poet, born in Turin, Piedmont, NW Italy. A Catholic, he wrote for the Catholic literary review Il Frontespizio. His poems, where nature's purity is opposed to the fallaciousness of human events, are characterized by a clean anti-literary style close to everyday life. Among his works are Realtà vince il sogno (1932), Un ponte sulla pianura (1953), L'estate di San Martino (1961), and Tutte le poesie (1984). |
