| Writer and prelate, born at Le Mans, Anjou, NW France. He wrote a lengthy religious drama, Mystère de la Passion (1453–4), on the life of Jesus, and also co-wrote a mystery play with his brother about the Acts of the Apostles. He was organist and choirmaster at Notre-Dame de Paris (1455) and later canon at Le Mans. |
